- 14-Day Return Window: Customers have the right to return or exchange items within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged.
- Safe Transit Guarantee: All ceramic and glass pieces are shipped in double-walled shockproof eco-packaging. In the rare event of transit damage, we provide an immediate 100% refund or free replacement.
- Prompt Refunds: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 1–7 business days upon inspection.
