Jane and Mery is an artisan studio founded by two sisters, Jana and Marianna, nestled in Zakarpattia, Ukraine. We combine time-honored Ukrainian glassmaking heritage with contemporary porcelain and ceramic art.
The Magic of Free-Blown Studio Glass (1200°C)
Every glass goblet, tumbler, and vase is free-blown by the intense heat of our furnace without rigid industrial molds. The master gathers molten glass on a blowpipe, sculpting organic silhouettes, fluid color gradations, and dynamic air bubbles. No two pieces are ever identical.
High-Fire Ceramics & Fine Porcelain (1250°C)
Our ceramic tableware is wheel-thrown or hand-built and high-fired at 1250°C to achieve stone-like density and zero porosity. We use certified food-safe lead-free glazes. Each piece is microwave safe and dishwasher safe.
