Porcelain art piece, The history of the Jane and Mary workshop, housewarming gift, new home decor
Description & Artisan Craftsmanship:
Let's get to know each other a little closer. Ceramics have been present in our lives since childhood, as our mother worked as an artist at a factory where ceramic dishes were made. And she often took us with her. It was always interesting to watch the large-scale process of pouring, washing, glazing, firing, and forming plaster molds. And sometimes we were allowed to try something ourselves. But unfortunately, the plant did not work for long. It was a good start for us. The idea to create our brand came in 2016, but at the same time, Yana was still studying at the Lviv Academy, and we did not invest much time in setting up processes. And in 2017, they started thinking about rearranging the garage at home under the workshop, with the old stove. The stove was once made by our parents, as my mother made pots for flowers until 2000 years ago And at home, we also helped my mother with mixing glazes, protecting products, washing, packing ceramics. We had an interesting childhood, and we are grateful to our mother for that Currently, we are making dishes from low-temperature clay, and at the same time we are studying work with porcelain.
