Artisan hand-blown glass glassware piece, Dishes made of tempered glass "Candies", housewarming gift, new home decor
Description & Artisan Craftsmanship:
All sold Candies Glasses, a jug, plates are made in the tempered glass technique. In Ukraine, places where glass and glassware were produced have been called huts for a long time, and later the respective factories began to be called that. People who made glass were called glassmakers. "Huta" is translated from German as "furnace", "furnace". Sand and a large amount of wood were needed to melt glass. Therefore, huts were usually built in the middle of the forest. Up to 10–15 workers worked in them, and the same number were engaged in gathering and transporting sand and wood. Master shoemakers made shutters (panes), various vessels, as well as glass ornaments by hand, near the glass furnace-furnace. Gut glass did not have the same quality and transparency as modern glass, but it produced beautiful products. We are working on guta for the revival of guta art.
